How it works (simple)

1) You send the basics: dates, port/location, POB (guests + crew), and the style of service.

2) I confirm availability fast.

3) I send a clear quote based on scope + duration + logistics.

4) We lock it in and I handle the food plan from first service to final clean-down.

 

Typical charter day flow

​

• Pre-service: galley setup, mise, provisioning check

• Guest service: canapés / lunch / snacks / dinner (as required)

• Crew meals: planned around operations and timing

• End of day: clean systems, correct storage, reset for tomorrow
